In addition to the electric motor and the combustion engine, the Audi Q7 TFSI e also has quattro all-wheel drive. The standard electromechanical power steering and an optional air suspension ensure off-road capability.

At the front with the imposing Singleframe, at the side with the trapezoid sill area. At the rear, a horizontal aluminium strip connects the rear lights, while a trim surrounds the diffuser and underbody protection.
